Baranguys is designed for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Age verification is required during registration
Accounts identified as belonging to users under 13 will be terminated

2. Content Moderation

We maintain a safe environment through active content moderation:

All user-generated content is subject to our Community Guidelines
Automated systems scan for inappropriate content
Human moderators review flagged content
Immediate removal of content that violates our policies

Bullying or harassment of any user
Violent or graphic content
Content promoting self-harm
Hate speech or discriminatory content

5. CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) Policy

Baranguys has zero tolerance for CSAM:

Immediate removal of any suspected CSAM
Account termination for violators
Report to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
Cooperation with law enforcement authorities
Preservation of evidence as required by law

6. Parental Controls

For users aged 13-17:

Enhanced privacy settings by default
Limited interaction with adult accounts
Restricted access to certain features
Parents can request account information or deletion

7. Education and Awareness

We promote online safety through:

Safety tips and guidelines in the app
Regular reminders about safe online behavior
Resources for parents and guardians

24/7 monitoring of reported content
Response within 24 hours for urgent safety issues
